Just 80 kilometres outside Paris, Les Etangs de la Bassée is a real little haven of peace tucked away in a lush, green setting.
The property boasts 340,000 m² of greenery and nine ponds, around which our work rooms and accommodation are arranged:
- 2 work rooms with a view that can accommodate up to 110 people
- 34 bedrooms at the water’s edge, scattered throughout the park, that can sleep a total of up to 69 people
- 21 unconventional accommodation options – bubbles, cabins and domes – provide additional overnight alternatives for a special seminar in the countryside!
Many challenges and other team-building activities, relating to sports or focused on eco-responsible and/or CSR values are available to help strengthen your teams’ bonds.

VILLA CARPE DIEM
The villa’s 200 m² of event spaces and 150 m² deck on stilts have a combined seated capacity of up to 110 people.

CLUB HOUSE
An extraordinary venue
With its 130 m² of space (70 m² indoors plus a 60 m² deck with awning), the Club House can accommodate up to 50 people inside. Thanks to panoramic views of the ponds and a kitchen with all mod cons, your event will enjoy an amazing and unique setting.

BALI SPACE
A sandy beach venue surrounded by water
More than 200 m² of sand in an exotic and inspiring atmosphere. Ideal for dinners, conferences, parties, incentives and other activities! A Balinese bar, spacious gazebos and a covered 70 m² refreshment stand will make your event an unforgettable one in the eyes of your teams.
